Beautiful stone should not be discarded because it is too small for a countertop. Remnant & Rune gives carefully selected offcuts a second purpose, shaping their natural veining, texture, and weight into distinctive coasters.

Our Studio

We work at a small scale, matching each remnant to a tactile coaster. The result keeps good material in use and brings its natural character to the table.

Material First

Every fragment carries different markings and edges. Those variations are part of the finished piece—not flaws to disguise. Because our work begins with limited remnants, availability and exact appearance naturally vary.
